Maybe quality, but apart from that nothing.
Cons:
They cheat and lie about they flash CMS sites.
Other Thoughts:
They give no FLA file with they cms v2 sites so if you wont (like I did) to embed special charachters you will have to pay aditional 50 dollars to get FLA file.
Pure ripoff, run like hell away from them

Nice-looking templates with decent prices.
Cons:
Terrible so-called "customer support" / they use the "submit a ticket" support. However, my average wait time for a response was 8-9 hours. No live chat at all. No contact information, no email, no phone number. A big waste if you run into problems.

Good looking templates, lots of choice
Cons:
Do not use Flashmint they have zero customer service: it says their website "beginners won't find it difficult to modify the templates according to any requirements." It's not true. All the Flash templates need to be edited in Actionscript 3
Other Thoughts:
Flashmint did have a support department, here is a quote from them: " we unfortunately don't provide assistance in editing flash, action script and flash editing tutorials".
