Logo Design Review - By: Eisak
04/04/11Pros:
None listed.
Cons:
LOGOCARE is a horror & disrespectful company. I had my first experience with them a couple of years ago and I was satisfied. So, I decided to use them again for my new company. The results were awful. They cannot follow simple instructions any more. I gave them the detailed content of business cards and they never managed to deliver them. I called them and REFUSED to talk to me, hang up on me and didn't pick up the phone after that. I asked them to compare what they deliver and the details that I gave them and in very bad manner refused. They asked for more money to correct their own mistakes. Just a HORROR company that hides behind the internet anonymity and one award that they won when they still were professionals. They delayed me and as a result I had to go to a local design company to correct their mistakes. STAY AWAY

Logo Design Review - By: Aimee Wheeler
03/29/09Pros:
Ability for specific input.
Cons:
Post-Production Support is Terrible
No Clear Instructions of What to do with Logo in Lamens' Terms
Even with Purchased Warrranty
Other Thoughts:
I received a very nice logo from logo care but it was delivered in many formats that were not well labeled to their type and the delivery contained no further instructions or explanations of what to do with the logo. The logo uploaded too small on my website and I needed the logo to be in color and black and white. I received NO help on this matter, despite the fact that I paid over $50 for a service warranty. I've attached my correspondence with logocare since delivery:

The Recommended logo size for my current website template is 330x85. Please stretch the tree out over the type in such a way that the logo can fit these specs.
Thank you.

Please look at my website onto which I uploaded the new logo. http://www.aimeewheelerphotography.com
It is WAY too small and I don't know why or how to fix it. Please help!

I'm currently downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader to open the file... hopefully. I'll contact you back if it doesn't work.
However, I had requested the logo in both color and black and white. I print all of my documents in B&W. Will you please send it to me in B&W?
Thank you.

What the heck? I opened the attachments but it was only the same files that you previously sent me. In no way did it answer my questions. I don't even know what to do with these files... precisely why I paid someone else to do my logo... I don't understand the different files or how they work in using them. Do you have any instructions for my original problem which was "Please look at my website onto which I uploaded the new logo. http://www.aimeewheelerphotography.com

Are you kidding me? Why do you keep sending me the same file. It does not answer my question.

This is what I've been looking for. I did not previously receive this. I will read through it over the weekend and be back with you if I have more questions. Thank you.

Okay. I've read over the "thank you" file that you last sent me. However, the instruction links don't work! I'm not at all happy with this. You've built a beautiful logo for me that is not usable for me and I am not getting any instructions despite the fact that I've purchased a warranty! Yes.. yes.. I understand that the "thank you" file is probably supposed to explain something... but the explanations are in links that do not work.
Please help me understand how to use this LOGO... I need clear instructions in lamen's terms. If I understood the "graphic speak," I would have created the logo myself!
Logo care... you're great when creating the logo but post-production is REALLY lacking in instruction and support. I'm quite frustrated at this point.
