Very nice on the phone and when they want the first part of the deal.
Cons:
Revisions are worthless and then after a few, they totally drop you and ignore your e-mails and calls.
Other Thoughts:
I would not recommend Logo Mojo to an enemy. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and for some reason the BBB in Canada has nothing on them on record, but yet Logo Mojo has BBB signage and icons on their website. That is a total scam.

They are really good on the phone for your initial consultation, then beware.
Cons:
They say "we will make sure you are 100% satisfied". What they don't tell you is, if you are not satisfied after 10 revisions they drop you like a hot potato.
Other Thoughts:
I have been working with their terrible, low quality logo renditions since June of 09. Its now June of 10 and I still do not have a logo. Since April of 10 they have ignored me because I said I wanted my money back. According to their policy that was on their website in June of 09 it said, you will get a refund if not satisfied minus the $125 inital, non refundable fee. I said I wanted my balance refunded and they said that after the first draft you are locked into a plan with no refund. The website now says that, but did not in June of 09.
BEWARE of this company. Many other reviews cry the same story as what I have here.
