I used them based on cost and their portfolio. I soon found out they were not much more than a logo factory. After filling out their questionaire and receiving my first set of proofs, I realized that outside of having my business name designed into the logo, they had not read my questionaire and were throwing darts at designing it. I did email back and displayed my dissatisfaction with the "clip art" I thought they had provided to me and requested a refund. They ignored my request, asked me to fill out another questionaire, (proves the first one was not read), and sent me more designs. This went on for the next week or so, each time declining their efforts and requesting a refund. Even calling customer service didn't help and finally had to dispute the billing with my credit card company. After lots of emails, FAXes, and corrospondence, this fiasco is finally over. Today my credit card company informed me the dispute is resolved and I am not being billed. It only took "6 MONTHS".

I tried this service because it was recommended by a friend, big mistake. I looked at some of the samples on their website and was hesitant from the start but decided to give it a shot anyway. They were great at picking up the first time and selling me on a package, but after that it was all downhill. I never received the amount of versions promised for the logo, after arguing and receiving a few extra versions I realized it was the same ones I already had with the exception of color and font changed. It was not the look I was going for at all. It seemed like they were very busy with just getting me out the door. I do agree it is inexpensive but at the same time overly priced for such low quality product, which brings me to my next point.
I went online to write a negative review on this company, after bumping into this site I was able to see other companies as well as their ratings with frustrated people like me and people recommending other sites. After looking around and reading a lot of reviews I discovered Streamlined Fusion's website. The quality of work seemed so much more superior to that of Logo Vantage and still somewhat competitive for their pricing. I decided to give them a shot and was extremely pleased. I was not on hold for an ungodly amount of time, within 3-5 minutes I was speaking to my designer and starting on my logo. They were quick, professional, artistic and always there for me when I had a question. Please utilize sites like this before making a decision on a purchase, I wish I had taken more time to look because then maybe I wouldn't have such a bad taste in my mouth from an online business that ripped me off.
There are tons of companies online much better than this one, take them time and you will save money and a big headache. I personally recommend Streamlined Fusion but perhaps you will find another that caters to your needs. Happy hunting.
