Great logos
Delivery in Time

email communications only
say 2 days, but once they give initial samples, takes time to revise it to finalize
Other Thoughts:
I tried them and I am happy. It took me a week to finalize the logo after 3 rounds of revisions, but honestly, they were good. I did not have communication by phone but email customer service was also effective. They might have outsourced it to alien (?) countries, but who cares ! I got my logo for 50 bucks, anyone in United States would not do that in less than $400. I am happy, I have my logo, that is it. So for them, 10 out of 10.

- Support personnel seems to be from Asia, talk in Alien language in between english :S
- sent screenshot concept (cheap)

I tried them once , So far so good. I agreed ultimately on a logo after a week. Cheaper prices is their advantage for someone like me who is starting a new home based business.
