Average designs, some good graphics and colors
Cons:
Way too expensive, very poor customer support, will not reply to your e mails or requests for help. VEry quick to take your money but very slow to turn out work....unfortunately it was too late when I read these reviews. I got burnt by the Logoloft!
Other Thoughts:
We were a start up company and recieved some funding. We gave the logoloft $1,500 for our project. They designed the logo and first web page and business card. When we came back to finish the job, they ignored our e mails, phone calls etc. A gentleman by the name of Pete Casu was their sales man and after they had our money he stopped replying to e mails. Our customer care person who was assigned to our project also ignored us. We tried for 6 months to get what was owed to us - unfortunately they would not answer us. They did take our money however and were very quick to do so.
My advise is: If you want a company to give you quality service and good customer service - DO NOT use the LOGOLOFT. They WILL rip you off.
I am a fair business man and I have dealt with some shady companies and with some very good companies. Unfortunately the LOGOLOFT is a company that I would never use again. We have to set up subsidiries of our companies and we will not use these guys again. I was amazed at the greed and lack of professionalism.
Be sensible with your money - spend it wisely and get a logo and website that your deserve and you want to be proud of. Use any other company of your choice......but Do not use the logoloft.

These guys took my idea and turned it into a reality, they are easy to use and the designs are all one offs, they dont use templates. I love my final design. Thanks guys. Jeff

Logo Design Review - By: BEWARE!!!! HORRID RIP OFF

I did not find there to be any pros. This is the worst experience I have EVER had doing business on the internet. Lost all the money I invested.
Cons:
Advertise a 3-day turn around. WEEKS with nothing to show.
Designs were NOT original designs. Had seen most of them before in colleagues' logos. Designs were not relevent to request, and was offered NO resolution. Lost my investment.
Other Thoughts:
These people are internet crooks. They will take your money and ignore you. They will not do anything to resolve your situation. I would sue them, but it probably costs more to do that than what I actually lost, and I don't want to be out any more money on account of them than I already am. They completely ignored my requests and tried to pass off generic plagerisms of other logos as originals. When I called them on it and asked for my money back, they stopped answering my emails. I emailed everyone in the "chain of command" and got NO answers, and NO attempts at conflict resolution. They should be stopped. BEWARE!!!
